Planning Your Visit

Dogs are welcome in all areas and ride free on the train.

Our site is wheelchair accessable but our trains are too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

No - all tickets must be purchased on the day of travel. The only exception are our Santa Special, Christmas Lights and Halloween trains where pre-booking is essential.

There is ample FREE PARKING at the railway.

Steam locomotives are most likely to be in service at weekends and during the local school holidays.

On the Day

We are a cashless site, only take payments via debit or credit card and smartphone apps.

Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9am until 3pm (4pm at Weekends).

We also stock snacks and drinks in our goft shop as well as a full range of New Forest Ice Cream

20-25 minutes for the full return journey including a 5 minute stop.

Yes, you can split your journey and use the remainder of your ticket on the same day as purchase.

Toilet & baby changing facilities are available at Eastleigh Parkway Station.

Smoking or vaping is strictly not permitted on site.

Additional Info

Yes! They can be purchased in £5 instalments at our gift shop.
(part-redemption not permitted).

We do have a lost property box so it is always worth getting in touch.
